Why you want to be elected?
Basically I have occupied this position for more than 2 years. Considering my career plans for year 2010, I may state that I would be able to contribute more to the work of the organization than previously. Moreover, I am willing to organize a really widespread PR for EYP-Ukraine, as I truly believe that EYP is a very good initiative each young person should experience, and sometimes find it selfish that not every Ukrainian has an opportunity to participate in it just because of lack of information.
How will you contribute to the work of the European Youth Parliament – Ukraine?
I think I am able to form a good team that will work out the PR strategies for main events of 2010 Eastern European forum and Lviv International session. I am responsible and very dedicated to EYP. Furthermore, I intend to be a good support to the President, who will have to deal with 2 such important events.
What are your plans for the term you are running for?
Having practiced head-organising, I must state that wise division of responsibilities may lead to a high productivity and achievement of the common aim for an organizing team. If I am elected to be a Vice President for the second term I will: - Put more effort to make organization structure work – so far I do not see precise structure and precise contribution of every member. - Develop a requirement: every delegate who represents Ukraine at any IS has to stay an active member of EYP at least for a year.
- Do my best with help to organize really powerful East European Forum and Lviv international - Provide a support to the President, will be a right hand in all questions PR: - Organise a tight co-operation with other NGOs and youth organizations throughout Ukraine - Finally innovate our website and find a responsible person who will update it all the time - Organise PR trainings for members of the department - Provide good PR of 2 International events mentioned several times above - Form a team of newsletter-creators, will reborn the tradition of EYP-Ukraine to have a corporate magazine
