President of the European Parliament grants patronage for the European Youth Parliament

In his letter to the European Youth Parliament, the President stated: "I have taken time to familiarise myself with the activities of your organisation, and I strongly support your non-partisan and independent Europe-wide NGO, which motivates students to get involved in current European issues and which promotes inter-cultural dialogue.
I also note with interest your involvement in raising youngster’s awareness for European issues and especially for the European Parliament."
