On November 17 the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine hosted the annual National Capacity Building Fair organised by the Gurt Resource Centre.
Format of the event gives an opportunity to present your NGO, as well as share experience with colleagues working in the NGO level and discuss the present situation with the development of civil society in Ukraine.
The International Youth NGO “European Youth Parliament- Ukraine” was represented by Yegor Vlasenko, member of the PR Department of the organisation.
Fresh impressions of the participant: “The Fair impressed me with a huge number of available activities ranging from participating in workshops and master classes and getting to know about modern services for NGOs to presenting your own organisation. It was a pleasure to hear about the successful projects of our colleagues in the fields of ecology and regional development. The Fair is a great chance to find new partners!”
The Fair was attended by more than 300 leaders and representatives of Ukrainian NGOs and government. Apart from informal speaking and networking, the event included presentations of NGOs, expert hearings, round tables and workshops leaded by international experts.
EYP-Ukraine expresses its gratitude to organisers and participants of the Fair and hopes that such events will contribute into establishing of proper communication and cooperation between Ukrainian NGOs.
