Destination Unknown? EYP-Ukraine Member at the 7th National Session of EYP-Sweden!
On February 3-7 February 2011 Stockholm hosted a three-day National Session of EYP-Sweden. This session gathered delegations from all over the country from Malmo to Uppsala, as well as chairs and journalists from all over Europe, who came to share the EYP spirit with young Swedes.
The theme of the session was ’Destination Unknown’. Apart from awesome soundtrack and badge design the theme of course had a more serious meaning, as even if we start off at the same place, each of us will take a different path and end up in different destination. Everything is in our hands.
Anastasiia Ianovytska, member of EYP-Ukraine attended this session in the role of Vice-president and she shared with us her brightest impression from the session: ‘Of course, it was exciting to moderate the debates during the General Assembly; however what one remembers the most are other things. It is not only having a warm coffee during musical coffee-breaks outside with -10, or having lunch in a gothic palace, but it is also the creative delegates, who prepared fun presentations under the Harry Potter theme, it is also about the friendly organisers who even after three sleepless nights manage to help you out at 3 a.m. Such moments leave us with warm memories of the session. Even though it was really cold!’.
