On September 17 a traditional Kyiv Youth Festival was held in Mariinskiy park.
The event organised by Kyiv City Center of Social Services for Family, Children and Youth is held annually for already 16 years and is aimed to promote healthy lifestyle, spread information about the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, promote volunteering among youth and involve young people in useful social activities for the benefit of their city and country. This year, diverse social organizations, charitable foundations and scout associations were presented at the event. The EYP-Ukraine also participated in organizing the festivity. EYP volunteers spread the information about our organization encouraging young people to express their social activity and to participate in further EYP-events. Young people responded by listening carefully to the information, asking questions and putting down reference and contact information.
Thus, we cannot wait for some new members to join our ranks!
