Responsibilities of EYP Regional Representative

1. to contribute to the advancement of the EYP-Ukraine’s mission in the respective region
- to develop the regional action plan;
- to conduct mini-sessions, seminars etc.;

2. to spearhead institutional development of the respective regional EYP-Ukraine’s office
- to create a strong team in the regions;
- to involve young people from all over the region into EYP activities;

3. to ensure consistent and comprehensive communication within the regional office as well as with EYP-Ukraine Board and other EYP-Ukraine regional offices
- to organize the meetings of the members of the branch at least twice a month;
- to participate at corporate/leadership teambuilding activities and meetings;
- to submit on the regular basis the news and updates on the regional branch activities at pr@eyp-ua.org an rd@eyp-ua.org;
- to develop information for the website of EYP-Ukraine;

4. to remain loyal to the values and principles of EYP-Ukraine
to adhere to the rules and regulations of the EYP-Ukraine specified in the charter of the organization as well as any other internal policy documents;

5. to widely promote the organization in the respective region
- to develop a media-list of regional mass-media;
- to communicate information about EYP-Ukraine activities to regional media (upon approval of the President of EYP-Ukraine);
- to cooperate with universities, schools and NGOs in the regions (presentations, seminars etc.).
